DiveBuddy Pro supports planning, documentation and organisation in recreational and technical diving, along with calculation, information and community features.

• Content, calculations, displays and recommendations are provided without warranty as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Use is at your own responsibility.
• The app does not replace dive training, individual risk assessment or a certified dive computer.
• DiveBuddy Pro is not a training organisation and does not issue its own certifications. Certification remains exclusively with recognised training organisations.
• Diving carries significant risks and requires appropriate training, experience, medical fitness and situation-specific decisions.

The app contains calculation and planning tools for diving, including technical diving: gas, decompression, exposure, consumption, depth, planning and safety calculations as well as related helpers. Further tools may be added.

All tools serve theoretical support, orientation and preparatory planning. They are not binding instructions and do not constitute an assurance for any specific dive, gas choice or safety-relevant decision.

• Results may deviate due to individual conditions, equipment, software state, measurements, rounding, input errors or external influences.
• Results must be verified competently and at your own responsibility before practical use.
• Responsibility for planning, gas choice, equipment condition, execution and abort remains with the user or the responsible dive team.

To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for damages arising from use, misinterpretation or unavailability of the app. Liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury and mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

• The app is aimed at appropriately trained or supervised people in diving.
• Minors should only use the app under the supervision of a parent, guardian or qualified supervisor.
• An account is only permitted if the requirements of the respective app store and applicable law are met.
